🏋️ Meet Cesie Dahm 🏋️

My name is Cesie Dahm. My husband, Ryan and I have 2 kids - Raegan (9) and Luka (5). I have been a kindergarten teacher for 12 years in Random Lake, WI right around the corner from CrossFit Arrow! I have been in the CrossFit world for almost 5 years. Within those 5 years, I have lost over 100 pounds and maintained that weight loss all through CrossFit and counting macros. With that accomplishment I decided I wanted to continue to inspire people, but on another level so I decided to pursue my certification. CrossFit has given me my life back and I have gained an entire extended family through it, so I just want to help others experience what I have!

Some of my favorite memories have been made in a CrossFit box, so I would say I love it all, but my absolute favorite movement is a clean and jerk. I live a pretty simple and uneventful life, but something many people don't know is that I grew up in Milwaukee at my grandpa's pet store, Hoffer's Tropic Life Pets. My grandpa created the world's 2nd largest pet store and we even had alligators! Fun fact, I got bit by one of those alligators while I was hosting a child's birthday party!

Our Arrow family is a tight knit community that thrives off positive energy. I do believe I bring an uplifting and positive vibe to all Arrow family members. I love to help plan our outings and get everyone together outside of the gym!
